The lounge on the 3rd floor of KIKA contemporary art space (KIKA cas) is available for use by members.
It is a quiet space suitable for a variety of activities from personal use to work meetings and small-scale events.

Usage Categories

Lounge use is divided into the following categories: 　

• Library Use (Shared): For reading, research, and quiet work 　
• Private Use (Block Reservation, up to 6 people): For meetings and small gatherings 　
• Event Use (Block Reservation, up to 15 people): For book clubs, panel events, and lectures

Terms of Use

As this is a members-only space, access is generally limited to members but non-members may use the lounge for library purposes if accompanied or introduced by a member.

Lounge use is by reservation only.
Please complete your booking by the day before your intended date of use via the inquiry form below.

Terms of Use & Guidelines

• Lounge use is billed in one-hour increments.
• Extensions may be possible depending on that day’s reservation availability.
• For exclusive use, at least one member must be present and that member will be responsible for the reservation.
• Though there is no cancellation fee for the Lounge, members must promptly notify KIKA cas should they need to cancel.
• Usage time or category may be adjusted depending on congestion or operational circumstances.
